microPEP, a division of PEP (Precision Engineered Products) is a $200Million contract manufacturer having capabilities in polymer materials coupled with precious metals using a wide variety of micro processes.  Extremely small dust speck sized parts are made using traditional yet unconventional tooling with core pins the size of human hairs. 

Precious materials and metals are combined using micro insert molding and/or reel to reel packaging methods.  Combined capabilities in micro manufacturing include micro molding, microfluidics, single point diamond turning, and micro assembly.
 
Applications requiring these services include minimally invasive surgical instruments, stent markers, micro arrays, microfluidic chips, neurological and cochlear implants, ophthalmic implants, and other critical tolerance-based components.
